Position Description

The APP content and design manager is responsible for creating and implementing the organization's internal communication strategies, content and contributing to programs that actively engage internal audiences throughout the company.

The App manager is the application and content expert responsible for its day-to-day end-to-end operation, including building, updating, feeding, and controlling the application content of the headquarters (corporate) and the various business units in the company. In addition, regular and routine quality checks of how content is made accessible on the App.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Mapping needs, collecting, and creating the application's content (fixed and changing content), per the annual work plan and content policy defined by the corporate communications manager. The content will be collected against defined referents in the organization's various units.

  • Develop, create, and manage the content plan, including themes, supporting organizational campaigns, internal events, day-to-day life, and activities.

  • Develop and support a network of internal communication representatives from various units to ensure a flow of information, best practices, standards, and success stories.

  • Ongoing quality checks and measurements on how content in the application is accessible for all types of endpoints (mobile, desktop). 

Requirements  

  • Proven experience in the world of communication and social digital. High proficiency with employees' App / Portal.

  • Proven experience in editing and content writing

  • Proven experience in content feeding to online platforms – an advantage.

  • Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of typography, UX, UI, CSS & HTML.

  • Proven experience working with organizations – an advantage.

  • Native English speaker

  • High interpersonal skills and an understanding of an organization.

  • Writing skills: excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills and the ability to source stories from employees.

  • Interpersonal skills: good interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with and align across all levels and functions in the organization.

  • Creative skills: creative ability to create & design material and work on visuals.

  • Digital skills: Familiarity with information technology, including digital and video means of communication.

  • Organizational Development skills: Understand the organization and the different audiences and their needs to clarify, connect, and engage.

  • Project management skills: Create a big picture program, while outlining all of the details and managing them; turning the tool into something simple;

  • Implementing projects and measuring their success.

  • Graduate degree – Preferable for Communication
