The DELTA APP content and design manager is responsible for creating and implementing the organization's internal communication strategies, content and contributing to programs that actively engage internal audiences throughout the company.
Responsibilities:

Mapping needs, collecting, and creating the application's content (fixed and changing content), per the annual work plan and content policy defined by the corporate communications manager. The content will be collected against defined referents in the organization's various units.

Develop, create, and manage the content plan, including themes, supporting organizational campaigns, internal events, day-to-day life, and activities.

Develop and support a network of internal communication representatives from various units to ensure a flow of information, best practices, standards, and success stories.

Ongoing quality checks and measurements on how content in the application is accessible for all types of endpoints (mobile, desktop).
Requirements:
-
Proven experience in the world of communication and social digital. High proficiency with employees' App / Portal.

Proven experience in editing and content writing
-
Native English speaker
-
Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of typography, UX, UI, CSS & HTML.

Proven experience in content feeding to online platforms – an advantage.

High interpersonal skills and an understanding of an organization.

Graduate degree – Preferable for Communication
