We are looking for a skilled and experienced HRIS to lead our team. Responsible for our overall HR systems , reviewing and recommending new systems as per HR global business needs, including features and modules. Working closely with multiple stakeholders in our Global HR department while keeping on HR data reliable. Providing hands on, daily support and training for HR systems to global HR users , including user guides maintenance. Involvement with HR roadmap strategies and implementation.
Responsibilities:

Maintain the current existing HR systems by supporting the global HR team: ensure accuracy of data on an on-going basis, troubleshoot issues, work closely with the external system provider.

Provide Production Support for new modules, new systems or changes in the systems, which includes researching and resolving problems, as well as performing system testing.

Knowledge of business requirements and best practices in order to deliver strong solutions

Improve System Efficiency by constantly monitoring system performance and identifying processes that need improvement.

Analyze and Report HRIS Data

Provide training to all users on the system, as well as creating the appropriate user documentation and procedures.

Provide on-going System Maintenance, by collaborating with the system developers and tracking developments progress.

Hands-on support and training of the Global HR team
Requirements:
-
3+ years experience as HRIS role
-
Project Management skills, Able to manage time and multitasking
-
HR processes expertise and experience. SAP background – an advantage
-
Detail oriented and analytical thinking , ability to independently gather and translate HR business requirements into recommended solutions and find creative ways to overcome gaps
-
Excellent Communication skills, at all levels of the organization and also with external providers, both in written and verbal forms
-
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
-
High level of English

Training skills an advantage

Able to work collaboratively and from strong partnerships with key stakeholders
