Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires technical expertise, customer service orientation, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:

Respond to technical support requests from employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.

Assist in setting up and maintaining servers, networks, and related equipment.

Provide training and guidance to employees on using IT systems and software.

Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
-
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
-
Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Familiarity with maintaining and troubleshooting copy machines and other office equipment.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as an IT Support in an organization.

Strong knowledge of Windows (10+11) and Mac operating systems.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.
-
Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
-
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
-
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-
English – high level.
