Management of learning and training across our global organization, including learning needs analysis, designing an annual learning plan, and ensure the development and delivery of high-quality learning initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs across the entire organization and within different divisions while working with various populations and professions (commerce, technology, design, sales, various and diverse headquarters departments).

  • Develop and execute a strategic learning roadmap to support organizational goals and employee development.

  • Design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning solutions, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.

  • Manage the learning budget efficiently, optimizing resources to achieve maximum impact and ROI, Including handling invoicing.

  • Manage and implement a global learning system while working with IT teams and business teams across different units.

  • Responsible for the Global Onboarding program while working with the stakeholders and local HR teams for integration into local learning programs, apprenticeship processes, and more.

  • Operation and administration of the training domain, including the operation of training days and professional and managerial courses, ongoing operation, and supplier management.


  • Experience of at least 3 years in developing training within a global business organization.

  • Experience managing and operating an LMS system – mandatory, preferably with Docebo.

  • Proven experience in end-to-end development of professional training.

  • Experience in budget management and supplier handling.

  • Experience in managing multi-stakeholder and partnership organizational projects.

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, Storyline, Rise.

  • High interpersonal communication skills when working with various interfaces and diverse populations.

  • Team player with a positive approach.

  • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and be a driving force.

  • Flexibility and capability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and end-to-end project management ability.

  • Ability to make things happen, results-oriented, providing answers and solutions.

  • Creativity, innovation, initiative, and proactiveness.

  • Customer-oriented mindset and service consciousness.

  • Capability and willingness to sometimes be "on stage" and at times "behind the scenes."
