We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our Underwear site at Adidas. As the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by increasing site traffic, improving conversion rates, and enhancing the customer experience. You will also be responsible for managing the store's product catalog, inventory, and fulfillment processes.

:Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the product catalog, including product descriptions, images, and pricing

• Collaborate with cross-functional agencies, such as Marketing, Design, and Product, to ensure e-commerce goals align with company objectives

• Monitor e-commerce performance, including traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates, and make recommendations for improvement

• Optimize the e-commerce site for search engines and manage search engine marketing campaigns

• Manage and improve the customer experience, including checkout process, customer support, and returns and exchanges

• Monitor and manage inventory levels and fulfillment processes

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure the e-commerce site remains current and competitive

:Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field

• Strong understanding of e-commerce Shopify platform

• Experience with setting up and managing Shopify stores, installing and customizing themes, and managing products, collections, and orders.

• Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
